Questions

Limited company questions

Does Munshian Ledger file my CT600?

Munshian Ledger works out your CT600-ready Corporation Tax figures, including marginal relief and due dates, and books the tax in your accounts. The CT600 return itself is then filed with HMRC outside the app, for example by your accountant.

Can it produce dividend vouchers?

Yes. When you declare a dividend, Munshian Ledger records it in your books and produces a dividend voucher for each shareholder.

What is s455 tax?

If a director owes the company money at the end of the year and it is not repaid within nine months and one day, the company may have to pay an extra tax called s455. Munshian Ledger tracks the director's loan account and flags when s455 could apply. Read our guide.

Do you do payroll?

Not at the moment. Munshian Ledger covers bookkeeping, VAT and company tax. Most small companies use a separate payroll service and record the totals in their books.
